To the maximum extent permitted by law, WL2T shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Where liability cannot be excluded, WL2T's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a booking or use of the website shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant booking giving rise to the claim.
This limitation shall not apply to liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, databases, designs, trademarks, trade names, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to WL2T and Technology Consulting S.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
For business customers acting in the course of trade, business, or profession, the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
